Do you work with tenants, or only property owners?
Both. We work directly with owners and with tenants who need work done on a property they rent.
What types of properties do you work on?

What's the difference between a one-off callout and an AMC?
A one-off callout covers a single job. An Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) covers AC, plumbing, electrical, and general upkeep on a set schedule, with one team that already knows your property.
Do you handle both fit-out and maintenance?
Yes — the same in-house team can fit out a property and then maintain it afterward, so you're not switching contractors between phases.
